Funded under the Destination NSW Regional Visitor Economic Fund, Byron Business Events Bureau is a collaborative project initiated by a group of Byron economic stakeholders, who recognised the potential growth in this lucrative market.

Through the Bureau, Byron Bay will be promoted as the next “must visit” conferencing destination, offering world-class facilities, natural beauty and a creative energy. The goal is to secure ten 300 plus conferences over the next 18 months.

Byron Business Events Bureau have been busy preparing for the official launch at Australasian Incentive Meetings Events (AIME) in Melbourne on 21 February where hosted buyers, conference venues and marketing teams come together, they plan to make a big impact, promoting all things Byron and leaving attendees with no doubt in their minds that Byron Bay is their next conferencing destination.
